Experience With Hibiscus?

Really looking towards brewing an ale where hibiscus shines through. My two options are late additions or dry "flowering," I'm leaning towards the former (perhaps even whirlpool). My reasoning on this is kind of from a tea perspective in steeping the petals.

Does any one have experience in how much hibiscus to add?
