Garden Hoe protein rest

I am doing my first beersmith recipe. I put all my grains and hops and such in the program. The instructions that came with the kit call for a protein rest of 122 degrees for 20 minutes. The beersmith program does not have this step. Anyone run into this before? The kit is a Garden Hoe kit from NB.

The mash profiles which come with BeerSmith are there as examples of what can be done.  Just select a mash profile and modify it to match how you or your recipe wants the mash steps to follow.
