WHATS GOOD BEERSMITH COMMUNITY?!
« on: July 29, 2016, 01:59:15 PM »
Hello All,

Very excited to have come by this forum.

I have been brewing beers with my cousin from recipes we find online, and we are now ready to start formulating our own recipes from scratch.

We know nothing about how to do this so I'm looking to this forum to see if I can read some older posts regarding recipe construction and also communicating with the members to see if they have any advice or tips.

Cheers!

Here is a place to start.  A group of us created a recipe one step at a time and most of us brewed it.  Mine turned out quite well.

It's a long thread, but lots of good ideas in it.

It was created to help teach those that are new to recipe design understand what more experienced brewers think about when they are choosing ingredients, quantities, methods, etc.

Good luck!
