I've been using BS for a few years, but just had to dive back in and learn equipment setup again when I got some new toys. I'm also looking forward to tackling water and mash pH issues now, too.

There are about 100 wine tasting rooms near home here in Woodinville, WA... But we do like our beer as well. :)
