Hey was just searching for some suggestions on fixing an astringent beer - got that astringent, burnt taste coming through... The beer has aged and conditioned in the tank for almost two months and I fear it has mellowed to the max.
The beer is a APA and am thinking of blending to diminish the off flavour... what do you think? I have never had to blend and wanted to blend in the past...
