Specialty Grains?

Dumb question Im sure, but here goes.  Should i not be adding my specialty grains in from the start in the bad?
 
I approach BIAB as if it was all grain.  In fact, I retire the RIMS rig after Thanksgiving, and start 2 1/2 gallon BIAB batches inside the house.
I mill and mash all of my grains together.
