My name is Tom.... I'm from NJ. My (grown) children and I got it into our heads that we're going to brew beer. We decided to keg from the start instead of bottling. We're accumulating equipment (almost there) and just about finishing a keezer that we're building in my garage.
We'll start simple with extracts and then move to all-grain. I have to say , so far, this is one of the best projects I've been involved with and we all can't wait to taste our first home-brew.
