Hey I'm new from southeast alaska, most brewing I've done is from kits (3 brews so far) that I got from northernbrewers, and since I've done that one of my biggest goals is to figure out basics enough to make a home brew frome scratch mostly, I really want to make a highbush cranberry beer, or maybe a cider.

Greetings jgermain - welcome to this forum.  Here you will find a lot of knowledge from a wide variety of brewers.

If you're interested in learning more about this craft, I recommend the book "How To Brew" by John Palmer.  It's a great starting point if you're truely interested in learning how to brew good beer.

Welcome and good luck!!
