Hi All, I just bought a copy of Beersmith and joined these forums. I want to take my all grain brewing to the next level.
Have been brewing for just over 3 years, and I am amazed at the amount of good advice / knowledge on these forums....good stuff guys, thanks.
I brew using a Grainfather RIMS system, and have spent days on here, and on the calculator / grainfather site, to get my Grainfather profile and mash profiles setup spot on. Working great now. Refractometer - calibrated. PH Meter - Calibrated. Ready to brew.
1st up will be Chocolate Baltic Porter tomorrow for night times, then an American Lager for something to drink on these hot days.
Looking forward to contributing to these forums, and learning from the vast knowledge of others.
