Just wanted to say hey to everyone and introduce myself.
I have been brewing for just over a year now and have brewed 28 brews in that time.
I started out with extract brewing but quickly converted to all grain.
I was a chef for 15 years and brewing has brought be back to "cooking" if you will.
I still have a lot to learn so any tips you may have are greatly appreciated.
