I am going to try carbonating my beer in the keg with sugar rather than forced carbonating. In BS there is a sizable discrepancy between the "Carbonation Tool" (1.13 oz.) and the "Session Tab" (1.96 oz.). Both are set to 2.3 vol. Why the large discrepancy between the two and, which value should I use?
