I've been brewing for over a year now and had no idea i would get so hooked and brew so much in that time. I  have recently made the switch from mini mash to all grain. I should have started this months ago !!
I have my water and equipment pretty well dialed in as far as losses, temps ect so now I'm trying to brew a Cream Ale that is as light as I can get it for all my "light beer" drinking friends.  I don't lager , yet !! , so any recipes or tips would be greatly appreciated . I use BeerSmith 2 for all of my brews. This is what i'm brewing tomorrow ....

Ingredients for a 5.5 Gallon batch:

10 LB 2-Row (can)
.5 LB Cara-pils/dextrine
.5 LB Vienna Malt
.5 oz Challenger @ 60  (12.6 IBU's)
1 tsp irish moss @ 10
Safale US-04 (washed and made starter)

Target gravity 1.048
Color (3.7 SRM)

Mashed at 148 F for 75 minutes, no mash out, batch sparge

Please let me know what you think of my recipe , Cheers !!
