Kolsch fermentation schedule question

Hello I am going to brew this Kolsch from the BYO. My question is it say to ferment at 62f for first three days,then ramp to 68f over 10 days or until fermentation is complete. Now is one going like 1f every other day or how is one doing this so be at 68f on day 10

That'll work.

I'd start counting days when you see the first indication of fermentation.
