I am wondering if there is a way to add two different water profiles into a Beersmith recipe? I have my mash water of 50% RO 50% filtered tap and my sparge is 100% RO. Is there a way to add them both so the acid addition for the sparge calculates of the 100% RO water profile?

The best way to handle this is to use the water profile tool to calculate the result of the blending of the two profiles, and then save the result as a new "profile" of water to use that in your recipe.  That way anytime you use the blend it has the mix in it correctly:
