Thanks for posting the recipe. When do you plan on making it?
Cheers

It's in the primary right now and will be racking it either tonight or Saturday.

I am looking for somthing flavorful but not bold from hopps to bring my wife on board with this brewing thing.  Would you suggest this beer?  Do I need temperature control for you recipe?  At this time all I have is my basement and it is about 64 degrees.

Thanks

Not that there is anything wrong with original Poster's (OP's) recipe. Its untested is all, Until he posts the outcome I would hold off. There are lots of recipies here http://beersmith.com/recipes.htm

This is a good clean beer that just scored a 44.4 in a Beer Judging at the County Fair, it got 4th of 80 beers. I hope you enjoy it.

Does this Kolsch need a temperature controlled fermentation?

No is it an Ale yeast. The regular 65 to 75 temps will work fine.
