Infusion adjustments

When mashing in, I never have any real trouble hitting my initial temp, however, stepping up the infusions always come up woefully short of hitting temp. Can this be adjusted in the mash profiles and if so how? Thanks.

Greetings tybrew - I believe your problem is in the Heat loss from your mash tun and that can be corrected in the Mash Tun section of the equipment profile. That said, I cannot tell you exactly how to correct it other than to tell you it seems your tun is loosing more heat than BS is calculating. So this may take some time to derive at the proper number. Look at your Mash Tun Specific Heat and focus on that number.
