Hello from the Pacific Northwest. I've been brewing extract for just under 3 years, and my last sessions have been 5 gal BIAB. There is a slightly steeper learning curve, but I enjoy the learning. I've only used BS on the last 2 brews and I'm still trying to get the hang of all the intricacies of it. But I'll get there.

Thanks in advance to those who have posted useful tips and explanations that I haven't stumbled across.
