Hi all...I have just got back to home brewing after too many years away from it.  Currently running a 1 gallon kit (Imperial measure..4.5litres)

Welcome, I would suggest upgrading to a 5 gallon fermenter can get a decent one for not a lot of money 1 gallon is about 6-8 bottles of beer and the effort that goes into it kinda makes it a lot of work for a weeks worth of beer.

I brew once a week so 8-10 bottles is fine...always have varied supply of styles....I also find brewing therapeutic , not an effort
