The title says it all. I want to make a clone of Theakston's Old Peculiar. So far I have failed to find a recipe for this fine ale. It must be out there. The perfect pint. Can anyone help.
Note I have never made this, its from Brew your own mag.

.75# Torrified Wheat
.75# Crystal 60L
4.0 oz Crystal 120-150
3.0 oz Chocolate
8.0 oz Cane Sugar
3.0 oz molasses
1tsp Irish Moss
7 AAU northern hops (60 min)
2.5 AAU Fuggles (15 min)
.25 oz Fuggles Dry hop
Wyeast 1028 or WLP026
