I wanted to share one of my recipies, for all you amazing brewers, I would appreciate receiving credit if you brew this and write about it or anything else otherwise here is the recipe file. I was working on a different take on a English IPA because my Uncle is a Huge IPA Fan, like a Monster IPA Fan, so I wanted to create something fairly unique using a mix of old fashioned and the latest in hops. To create a really strong well balanced IPA.

Please note if you do not have the following hops please find the statistics and manually add them to get the correct statistics.
Meridian
Jester
Archer

Use WLP023 Burton Ale, which is the Original IPA Strain, to get the fruity distinctively English notes you want.
