HOPS FOR SALE

Is there any special reason why 2007 harvest centennial hops are $40.00 a pound??  That sounds a bit out ragious to me.
 
I can get 2010 harvest Centennial pellets for 11.50 a pound.  Am I missing something here regarding 3 year old hops?  ???
 
Must be some BTH brews here, I was thinkin the same, I have SAAZ 1 pound (2007) 2 of them for trade, anyone up for that
