I honestly don't know as the cloud is up and running correctly. I'm wondering if possibly your internet provider or antivirus program is blocking access to the BeerSmithRecipes.com server?
I have the same issue on my MacBook Air. If I try to open a recipe direct from the cloud. No issues accessing recipes on the same network with my Windows PC, and in the screenshot recipe previews show correctly.
I can however copy the recipe from the cloud to my local machine via the "Copy to Local" and then open it from there. It's been like this for months. Is there any more informative error getting logged to a file somewhere?
