I was wondering if anyone on here has had experience using these for the fermentation process?
I plan on about brewing ~14 Gallon batches to fit this with about 3 gallons of head space for the krausen. With this "carboy" and want to install a wort port at the bottom to easily transfer to either secondary or a keg using the pressure generated from the beer. This is all in hope to minimize movement that will stir up the settled/dead yeast. I was wondering how I might go about accomplishing this task, any suggestions or knowledge I should be aware of? I'm still relatively new to home brewing and this will be my 6th batch but first time with all grain :)

If it's single walled a simple weldless bulkhead fitting should work well.
