Perry (Hard Pear Cider) Recipe, Anyone have one?

I have a tree loaded with hard pears and I was hoping to make a Perry (hard pear cider).  Does anyone have a recipe dealing with whole pears.  Most recipes I have found deal with juice from concentrate or juice from an orchard.

I'd suggest using a fruit wine recipe site, for example:

then doing some tweaking based upon the difference between cider and juice, and upon the intended alcohol level.

From what you said you've got plenty of material to experiment with.

Sound's like the potential to try as many experiments as you have containers to brew, or in other words a heck of a lot of fun!
