Hello all. I am glad to be a member here at the forum, and I am relatively new to brewing. I've done 2 kits, and a recipe from a book. So far I'm having a lot of fun with it and looking to learn as much as I can. If anyone is in the San Antonio area, I would love to pick your minds also and work together.

Welcome :) looking forward and to hearing about your brews. Kits are great especially when you start tweaking them a bit. Can get you vastly better beers. I've been doing all grain for 97% of my brews, of course I still enjoy extract beers when I am short on time.

Nice. I hope you really get into it. There's a whole world out there and so many things you can do.

Cheers!

Speaking of tweaking kit recipes....I have a gose kit that I did, and it's fermented for a week, and just today I added a mix of raspberries and blackberries, add some fruit flavor. Gotta make it my own.
