Fellow brewers,

The last few months I was working on an eBook on how to build an electric brewery. I finally finished it and the PDF is available here: https://skrilnetz.net/downloads/building-your-electric-brewery-from-scratch/

More information can be found on my blog. https://skrilnetz.net/how-to-build-a-brewing-control-panel-herms-240v-30-amp/.

It covers the complete control panel build, kettle weldless connections, complete part list so you know what to buy, ventilation, brew day step by step and much more.

I hope that this will help some people to make the move and brew electric.

Cheers!

I bought your book and read it all the way through. It was very informative. However, by the time I added all

the parts and tools I would need to build this amazing system I realized I could never afford it.
After doing a lot of searching around I found a lot of different systems out there, almost all out of my price

range. The I found this listing on ebay, out of all places:

It doesn't look like much. The guys must be making them out of his garage or something, but afer having brewed

10+ batches with it, I am very pleasantly surprised. For any one wanting to switch to electric brewing on a

tight budget I would highly checking it out.

I just released a new tutorial! Have a look...

  • 240V / 30 Amp, enough power for brewing batches up to 20 gallons
  • Very affordable
  • Controls 1 heating element and up to 2 pumps
  • Mash and Boil mode
  • Integrated timer and buzzer
  • Can be used with, or without a temperature sensor
  • Built with safety in mind
  • Easy to build
