Hi All.
Relatively new to all grain and want to dabble in the dark art off water additions for IPAs and Pale Ales.
When using the Beersmith Water tool what is the amount of water i place in the base profile amount assuming there is no dilution.
Is it the mash volume or total water needed for the brew. Cheers

The volumes tab will show you a total amount needed for the recipe at the top. It's then broken down by process and accounts for absorption, dilution and losses as you've defined them in the equipment profile.

Thanks brewfun. I t seemed to be alot of additions when i put it in the calculator.
