Hello all new to the site and also fairly new to all grain. I currently have two batches under my belt. The first was a red ale, the second was a k?lsch. I?m thinking a hefe for my third batch still figuring it out. I look forward to learning from everyone. My current setup is two 10 gallon coolers for mash tun and HLT and a 15 gallon brew kettle.
