How to maintain the water additions records?

Hi,

I couldn't find a way to access the water additions (chemicals), so that I could change their name, price, inventory, etc., like I can do with other miscellaneous items.

What've I missed?
 
Add them into your Inventory under Miscellaneous Ingredients. Use the dropdowns and boxes to fill in the pertinent information. Then when you click on Add Misc. on the design page they'll show up.
