Interpreting water profile

S

slick

Can anyone help interpret this profile. Also, I know some things are missing like toatl alkalinity and HCO3. Can any of these be extrapolated from data that i Have?
Ca 10.08 ppm
Mg 2.751 ppm
Iron 0.154 ppm
Sodium 42.11 ppm
Chloride 31.0 ppm
Sulfates 8.97 ppm
Total Dissolved Solids 350 ppm
Water Hardness 36 ppm
This is from my well and I believe it is pretty soft. Any recommendations?  Thanks
