Just brewed this Saturday.  I have high hopes!  Mr. Smith, is this the proper way to add my batch sparge water?

 Any chance you could email the BSM file to our recipe exchange (recipes@beersmith.com) -- we will include it in next month's round of recipes.

 The recipe looks great -- only comment I had was that batch sparges are usually done in one big sparge -- i.e. you usually skip the sparge out step.

 You might want to switch your Mash Profile to one of the ones with "Single Infusion....No Mash Out" since these treat the sparge as a single step.

 Of course, its a matter of preference -- if you have the time and feel more comfortable you can always batch sparge in two steps to make sure the mash out is complete.
