Getting the latest build version of BSmith

Possibly a stupid question, but I have version 1.4, build 31.  I just ran update and nothing was updated. 

I see that build 37 is the current build.  How do I get the latest build?  Download and install, and enter my exisiting code?  I won't lose my existing recipes, inventory, equipment, etc.?  Or must I do something to safeguard my personal data?

  Go to the main BeerSmith trial download page, download the latest version and follow the upgrade instructions that are on the right column of the download page.
