8) G'day all
How do you change the water to grain ratio in BeerSmith at the moment it is set on default about 2.09 litres per kilogram I would like to change that to 3:1 ratio advice appreciated  ???

                                                Cheers Phil

Phil,
Edit the mash profile for an individual recipe, open up the first step in the mash profile by double clicking on it and you should be able to change the water to grain ratio.

If you want to change it for future use, you can edit the mash profiles database and change the profiles you use frequently.

Cheers,
Brad
