BeerSmith 3 - Add a new Step

I am trying to add a new recipe from Craft Beer and Brewing

Recipe implements a Hop-Stand at 160F for 60 minutes
  - The concept of a hop Stand is new to me

How do I define this to BeerSmith 3 ?

When you add the hops to the recipe (or if they are already added double-click on them), select "Steep/whirlpool" for use and set the steep time to 60 mins and whirlpool temp to 160.
