Check out the following threads for instructions on how to add a malt to your ingredients list and specifically midnight wheat.

Additionally, TheBishop has uploaded an updated listing of Breiss malts and extracts which can be found at http://www.beersmith.com/forum/index.php/topic,20468.0.html

thanks.

so i have opened the bsmx file in beersmith and can see the midnight wheat there, but how on earth do i save it so that i can add it into my inventory without manually inserting it?

Open up the Breiss malts .bsmx file you downloaded.  Find the malt you want to copy to your ingredients profiles.  right click on that malt and select 'copy'.  Now open up your fermentables folder.  Right click on the list of ingredients and select 'paste'.  The malt you selected will be copied into the ingredient library.

Note:  if you are on an Apple and are 'right-click' challenged, you can also use the 'copy' and 'paste' in the toolbar.
