Good morning! (or evening depending on your ao)

New to Beersmith and just starting back into the brewing game. I used to brew regularly 25 years ago but got a real job and fell away from it. Now I am back into fermentation in a big way. I work for a custom crush winery that also has a distillation license based in Medford OR. Since I know brewing I have been assigned the task of brewmaster. ;D I purchased a 1.5bbl Brewha system to get started. I also plan on doing some distillation.

So far I am impressed with the Beersmith product and I look forward to brewing with it.
