I am working on updating my custom reports and was wondering if anyone new what the beerxml tags for the following parameters are:

End of Running Gravity
Pre-Boil Gravity
Water to Grain Ratio
Sulfate to Chloride Ratio
Adjusted Water Profile
HBU
Measured Pre-Boil Volume
Yeast Nitrogen Requirement
Target Sulfite Level
Ingredient Source Code.

Also is there a way to get the alpha to beta ratio of all the hops or is this a hand calculation?

Anyone have an updated beerxml reference specific for Beersmith since I have been trying hit or miss with the existing beerxml references.

Thanks,

The
Code:
$PRE_BOIL_OG
@GigaFemto mentions is referenced here along with others: http://beersmith.com/help2/index.html?custom_reports.htm

It looks like "Appendix A" at the bottom of the document below might help, it references the water to grain ratio (
Code:
$WATER_GRAIN_RATIO
) you're looking for:

http://www.beerxml.com/beerxml.htm

There may be something of use here, appears to be an archive of BeerXML/Schemas etc:

The following thread appears to have the definitive list derived from source code:

http://www.beersmith.com/forum/index.php/topic,6200.0.html

Code:
$running_gravity
is present

Here are more: http://www.beersmith.com/forum/index.php/topic,1465.0.html

Thanks for everyone's input.  As I have mentioned I have dug around these and some of the codes listed don't work or give the wrong data.

$Running_gravity does give the end of running gravity
$WATER_GRAIN_RATIO does not work
$PRE_BOIL_OG gives the estimated pre-boil OG not the measured Preboil OG

I can get Sulfate-Chloride Ratio by Copying value into Runoff pH box and First Wort Gravity by entering it into End of Run Gravity.

Here is the latest version of my report.

Here's a report I constructed for Winemaking.  Both reports are 2 pages so I can paste them into these logbooks.
