hi guys, i need your help:
today was one of those days where i basically just chucked the hops into the kettle sort of randomly. well, turns out that the bitterness ratio is at 1.7. is this going to be a terrible beer? is there anything i can do about it in primary?
OG was 1060 probably going to end up a 6,2% ABV
