The vast majority of malts have disappeared from the fermentable list

i have all extract syrups in my fermentable list but 99% of malted grains are gone.

Have you updated Beersmith recently, or changed any file directories? That could lead to this problem happening.

What I would suggest would be to make a copy of your Beersmith directory and exporting your recipes, then doing a clean install of Beersmith.

That should clear it right up.
