Newbie in SC
« on: March 01, 2009, 05:33:40 PM »
Hello, my name is Steve Brooks and I live in South Carolina.  I am still a newbie by my estimation although I have brewed about 6 all grain batches since September.  I use the beersmith software and love what it helps me do.  I like to drink the bigger beers, IPA DBL IPA, barley wine are good on occasion.  Bitters, pilsners stouts and porters.. if its is tasty I drink it.
