Missouri brewer

K

karst

All grain brewer in Missouri.  Member of a couple of homebrew clubs.  BJCP judge for last 3 yrs.  Interested in honey as brewing adjunct and for braggots.

Welcome aboard.  I like the regional Karst reference.  I just left a gig that put me down your way monthly.  I'll miss my schlafly cases.

Thanks for your welcome reply

Karst has special interest to me from the 10 yrs that I was a cave diver.

Will be judging in Chicago Area next week end - Drunk Monk Challenge  @ Aurora
Hope to stop by Flossmore Station and or Three Floyds.

Schlafly is a good friend to homebrewers.  They hosted our BJCP classes and exam.  I have some of their whisky barrels used for the  oak aged RIS and BW.  Just picked up a big box of 3 yr old E.K. Goldings for a Lambic project.

Excellent!  The club I'm in "Urban Knaves of Grain" hosts the DMC.  I am not sure I'll be getting out for it.  They'll take great care of you, a bunch of good laid back folks.
