Web template not working

Hi I just updated Bsmith to 3.2.7 and my prepared web templates are showing like plane text WTF?
 
If you were using version 2 or something older before you may need to add them again.  Go to Options->Reports to add the templates and make sure they are added as HTML and not text templates there.

Problem is not about adding, problem is about report format, it's not reading HTML as web page layout so report form is looking like no formating at all. I have design of report form and now there's only text. My version I think was 3,0
 
Do you have a separate CSS file as the location for those has changed?
