Beersmith 3 won't update.

When I go to Help>Check for Updates I get a response that I have the latest version of Beersmith.  When I go to Help> About it shows that I have version 3.1.05 and that I have not updated for about 3 years. 

How do I fix this?

Go to http://beersmith.com/download-beersmith/ and download then install the latest.  I encourage you to backup your recipe folder first.
