Long time Beersmith user, finally decided to joint the forum. This will be year 30 brewing for me. I went about 17 years before entering a competition to see what people who were not drinking free beer though, and got best of show. Every few years I enter the first available to check in and have a fist full of medals and ribbons to show for it. Covid dented that and my brewing since I am the only beer drinker in the house. But with a better horizon on social gatherings I am back in the saddle.

I brew on a SABCO, which is a blast, but I think that a lot of the BIAB and 'grainfather' class systems get you to about what I can do with a lot less space and more fuel flexibility. I'm looking forward to continuing to expand my knowledge.
