I recently bought BeerSmith to help with the Brewing.  I have done 3 extract batches in the last two months and am seriously hooked.  The equipment and toy cost is getting out of hand.  The only thing in the way of all-grain right now is the space.  The biggest challenge so far with BeerSmith is locating some of the ingredients that are not in the database such as the Safale US-05 yeast.  Go figure.  Anyway, this is a kick and the beer is great and so are most of the homebrewers which makes it even more fun.

You can add yeasts and other ingredients.  The yeast manufacturers list the desired fermentation range, flocculation and attenuation.
