is it better to batch sparge in one hit?

I have a keg that holds 60Lts and I'm mashing with 23Lts at the moment.  Can i add all the water at once at sparge temp and then sparge?

Can I do it?  Yes

Doing so will result in less efficiency.  Not a big deal.
