Greetings All,
I'm new to All Grain Brewing and I am using Beersmith to assist me with that.
Been an extract brewer for about 4 years.
I brew in Colorado at about 9000ft above sea level where my water boils at about 195 F.
I have boiled 10gal when it was -15 F outside on my propane cooker.
I also have successfully installed Beersmith on my MAC using WINE.
