Does anyone have a recipe clone for Tournay Black? Its a Belgian Stout that I tried last night and was really really good, like an Imperial, but with less of the roasted barley flavor, but man it was pitch black. I'm guessing there is some kind of de-bittered black malt, and no idea of what yeast and fermentation.
If not, maybe a really good Belgian Stout recipe would work and I would modify from there to my tastes.
