Please review this thread. I duplicated the original poster's finding that the IBU calcs differ between the recipe function and the hop bitterness tool.
Visually, I suspect the tool more likely to be off. When I switched both to Tinseth, the 45-min IBU was actually higher than the 60-min IBU, and all three varied from the recipe.
