Hi to all. I am currently up to my 30th batch of all grain. I am in the process of a RIMS build but have been using a 42 qt. cooler as a HLT, a 10g Igloo with false bottom as a MT and a converted keg as a brew kettle. I look forward to all the advise and knowledge to be gained here.

lansing area.........I was in the west side of MI this weekend and stopped at The Waldorf brew pub in Hastings......They hit a home run with a harvest ale made from fresh wet hops.......awesome brew
